For more than 200 years, in fact pre-dating psychology by 100 years, homeopathy has both understood the mind-body connection, and has utilized this connection as a way to optimum health. By hearing about the traumas and events in people’s lives, the homeopath looks for the road down which a particular condition has developed over time. This is different for each person, so the homeopath spends a long time listening and asking questions to be able to match the remedy to the person.
